Leaders' Lunch with Mick Boyle

Registration is closed for this event
Join us at these invitation-only Business Lunches across Australia, hosted by Chamber President Jeff Doyle, aimed at providing Corporate Members and Sponsors with the opportunity to spend quality time over lunch with fellow business leaders in a private boardroom setting.

You'll gain insights from senior leaders, hear about their challenges, how they've overcome adversity, created success and delivered ambitious plans. No topics are off the table, and there will be a chance for questions from all present, under Chatham House rules.

It's a great opportunity to build your senior network across cities and sectors, spending time with decision makers from some of Australia's leading businesses and organisations.

About our speaker:

After a 15 year civil engineering career Mick Boyle founded Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure in 1994.  Mick has led Abergeldie for 30 years to be one of Australia’s largest locally owned infrastructure providers.  Abergeldie has nearly 1,000 staff building critical infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand.  Abergeldie has also designed and developed a blind boring capability and has for over 20 years been safely providing ventilation shafts for coal mines.

Mick established Ardent Underground in 2020 to repurpose the Abergeldie world leading shaft sinking technology to provide the missing link for the green hydrogen transition, economical large scale hydrogen gas storage. Mick has recently established an Ardent Underground office in Denver Colorado and is working to deliver hydrogen storage projects in USA commencing 2024.

Mick also restored Killeavy Castle (2013-2019) and is Founder and Managing Director of Killeavy Castle Estate which is an award winning boutique hotel and events centre that employs 150 people and is the centrepiece of 375 acres of mixed farm and woodland on the slopes of stunning Slieve Gullion in County Armagh, Northern Ireland.
