The board have made the difficult decision to move the Irish Australian Business Awards from an annual event, to run every two years.
While we all very much value the Awards, without that translating to financial sponsorship and attendance support from the community, it is not commercially viable for us, as a volunteer-led organisation, to continue to deliver them annually. Unfortunately, that sponsorship does not appear to be forthcoming at the required level for 2023.
We will maintain a watching brief on the potential to return to an annual Awards, should the circumstances allow, and of course would be delighted to engage with any potential sponsors who'd like to discuss getting on board to support the Awards in future.
