I started Vic Lagging in May 2016, and I had not even heard of Lagging until I started working in it after completing my farm work in July 2014. With no Financial support, as my partner and I were not residents at the time I struggled to even get a credit card for about 12 months.

Starting with one employee, within 6 months I had grown to 6 Full Time employees and went from small Commercial jobs to larger Commercial & Industrial projects across Melbourne.

As of today, I have 19 Full Time in employees and working on projects of all sizes including some of Melbournes most prestige developments including Capital Grand.
